Architect Relationship Manager
Job Description
The Relationship Project Manager -Architects is someone who is well versed in the architectural arena as it pertains to industrial buildings, roofing, height access, and the like. Our APM will be the source of education for the architectural fields and manage projects from start to finish to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements
Work with leading architectural firms to get Kattsafe products specified as the basis of design on large commercial account opportunities, having existing relationships with architectural firms is needed to be successful in this position
Host events to educate architects and designing facilities on OSHA standards with fall protection in mind
Meet with leading architects to share benefits and features Kattsafe products provide
Manage a pipeline of projects in which Kattsafe is designated as the provider. Communicate updates and milestones with the internal sales team for efficient collaboration
Attend trade shows that host the architectural audience
Grow our Continuing Education Unit (CEU) library of courses
Host webinars for our CEU courses
Grow partnerships with prominent architectural foundations
Work with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure Kattsafe resource library is up to date, growing, and meeting the needs of the architectural audience
Provide reports as required by the Sales Manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Minimum 5 year similar work experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office Suite required
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, & comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Travel will be required
