Roof access hatches
Access hatches allow for safe, secure access onto a roof from inside of a building, reducing the risk of a fall by minimizing time spent at the edge of a roof. Kattsafe roof access hatches are designed with large openings for easy personnel access, even with tools and equipment, as well as safe and easy operation.
Roof access hatches have two major parts: the cover and the upstand. The upstand attaches to the roof, and the cover closes it off. Kattsafe roof access hatches are insulated so that no heat escapes your building. The insulation used for the roof access hatch depends on the building's insulation.

Roof Access Hatches for Commercial Buildings
Large opening roof hatches for commercial buildings are installed primarily for maintenance of the roof or rooftop installments, such as air conditioning or air treatment systems. The installation team can safely enter this area through the roof access hatch. Large opening hatches are wide enough to enable equipment for repairs and maintenance to pass through. With these hatches, you can have a lockable door on the roof, which limits the number of people accessing the roof and increases the building's security.
