Placing an order

If you’re familiar with our products and are clear on the solution you’re looking for, the best way to get your order started is to fill out our Request a Quote form with your project details.

If you’re new to Kattsafe or need some expert advice, feel free to contact us at 1-888-637-7872 or sales@kattsafe.com. Please include as much information as possible about your project.

If you’re ready to submit your order, email an approved quote to sales@kattsafe.com.

Payment is required within 30 days (unless specified otherwise) of an order being placed and orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

We accept the following payment methods:

Delivery Information

Orders confirmed before 3 pm are shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 3 pm will be shipped the following business day.

Order pick-up is also available from our headquarters in Indiana (get directions here).

All orders are shipped via Old Dominion Freight Lines unless otherwise requested. We can customize deliveries with other freight companies as required.

Lead times

Boxed products are held in stock for ready availability. Most boxed products, including fixed ladders, can be packed and dispatched with a lead time of 1 to 2 business days.

Lead times for production orders vary. We're proud to offer market-leading lead times, however, please note these may vary depending on the size of your order. Please contact us for more information.
